You’ll be given space to talk about a moment that was important to you during the pandemic and a song that you associate with it. Storytelling coaching is available to anyone interested.
Sign up using the form below for a chance to share your story on 88.9 WQSU for our program "Here's What it Sounded Like: A Pandemic Playlist of Stories & Change." Submit your name by April 13th, 2022. |
For example, you might tell us about:
• A moment of change in your life. Maybe it was the day you moved back home. Or the moment you realized things had changed in your relationship with your parents…your boyfriend…yourself.
• What song did you play on repeat when everything shut down? What song got you through it? Tell us about that.
• A time in the last 2 years when things came crashing down: when your efforts were wasted, or you experienced a loss. How did the pieces come back together? Did they?
• A moment of celebration: maybe it was dancing to your wedding song after rescheduling your event multiple times, or the creative way you celebrated a big moment, or finally studying abroad for your GO trip when travel restrictions lifted.
Stories can be from any point during the pandemic, and the moments shared can be big or small. The most important thing is that stories are true, personal, and involve change. Submit your story below for a chance to be featured on the program.
