Thanks to everyone who made our Stick it to the Man event a success! It was one of our biggest events ever, with a full storytellers' list. Thanks to Duane, our host and birthday boy of the night, and congratulations to Pat Parker, our Stick it to The Man winner! Occupy Cherry Alley! on Friday, December 9, at 6pm is a night of Indian food, music, and public awareness. During the dinner open mic, speak about how we can best support and publicize the efforts of the Occupy movement and share your vision of what Occupy Lewisburg--and our entire community--can become. Please let us know what you intend to contribute by e-mailing kristjan(at)bucknell.edu by Dec. 7th.
Earl Pickens will close out the evening with a fine solo performance. Click here for more information. Now with no judging! At the end of the night, all storytellers will be entered in the hat and a winner will be drawn. Are you a photographer with a good flash? Stories on Tap needs you! Please e-mail storiesontap (at) gmail (dot) com if you'd like to be our photographer for the Leftovers event on December 10th. Please excuse our absence as Stories on Tap is in transition. The next installment of Lewisburg's Storytelling Showdown is coming in early December. In the meantime, check the official Stories on Tap photo album; you just might find yourself. And a question: What should our next event topic be? Comment below, and enjoy our new Mexican spokesperson, Mario:

Stories on Tap
is a community story-telling event based in Pennsylvania's Susquehanna Valley. Each event is focused on a theme, hosted by a local personality, and assisted by a musician. At each show, audience members who have prepared a five-minute true story on the theme sign up and, one by one, these ten people share their true stories. Each storyteller is entered in the drawing for a chance to win a Stories on Tap prize. Our CommunityMusiciansArchives
